You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

ConvoPro provides AI-powered communication solutions for businesses, including:

  • AI voice agents that answer and manage phone calls
  • AI-powered web chatbots for visitor engagement
  • AI text/SMS agents for lead follow-up
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar integration
  • Call recording, transcription, and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or robocalls
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the agreed-upon rate. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. AI-Generated Content and Interactions

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses during voice calls, chat, and text interactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI agent configurations
  • ConvoPro is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

7. Call Recording and Compliance

The Service may record and transcribe phone calls. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction
  • Providing appropriate disclosures and obtaining necessary consent from callers
  • Configuring your AI agents to include recording notifications where required by law

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by ConvoPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content uploaded to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use such data solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
