7. Google API Services Disclosure

ConvoPro offers optional integration with Google services, including Gmail, to help you automatically capture leads from incoming emails.

Scope of Access

When you connect your Gmail account, ConvoPro requests “read-only” access to your emails. This allows us to:

Scan incoming emails in real-time for messages matching user-configured subject line filters
Extract lead contact information (name, email, phone) from matching emails
Display captured leads in your ConvoPro dashboard for immediate follow-up

Limited Use Disclosure

ConvoPro’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

We only use Gmail data to provide the lead capture features you enable
We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
We do not sell Gmail data to third parties
We do not use Gmail data for purposes unrelated to the core lead capture functionality
Human review of your Gmail data occurs only with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law

Data Storage and Retention

We store only extracted lead information, not full email content
Email scanning occurs in real-time; raw email content is not persisted in our systems
Captured lead data is retained according to your account settings and our standard data retention policy
When you disconnect your Google account or delete your ConvoPro account, all associated lead data derived from Gmail is deleted within 30 days

Revoking Access

You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time:

From your ConvoPro account settings under “Integrations”
By visiting Google Security Settings and removing ConvoPro’s access

Upon revocation, we immediately cease accessing your Gmail data and delete cached data within 30 days.
